To support gender diversity in STEM and raise aspirations, selected students in Years 7–9 are invited to take part in a Girls on Track UK Enrichment Day at Lotus, Hethel — part of the nationwide programme run by Motorsport UK in partnership with the FIA.

This empowering experience introduces girls to the exciting world of STEM through the lens of motorsport and engineering. Students engage in hands-on activities, interactive workshops, and inspiring talks delivered by women working across science, technology, engineering and motorsport.

The day is designed to challenge stereotypes, build confidence, and open minds to a wide range of future career possibilities — whether in automotive design, data analysis, aerodynamics, or beyond.
